Rooted in Macau, Manas Yoga was founded by a group of passionate yoga teachers and enthusiasts.
We are dedicated to promoting yoga and active living and providing an open platform for practitioners and instructors from different places to connect and learn from one another. The Association regularly organises members' activities and actively takes part in community charitable events, giving back through the power of yoga.
We warmly invite you to join us—breathe, flow, and connect body and mind while spreading warmth together.

「靜默·回響」—— 喚醒伸展與冥想
為慶祝聯合國訂定之國際瑜伽日，澳門蔓那瑜伽文化交流協會 Manas Yoga Macau 將於2026年6月14日與6月21日舉行「片區·呼吸」社區身心靈健康計劃。
由 lululemon 澳門瑜伽品牌大使 Man（趙敏玲）親自帶領，在澳門獨特的工業遺址中，體驗伸展、呼吸與冥想的療癒力量。
這場活動將以溫和拉伸及引導冥想為主，適合所有程度的參加者。

「船塢·流動」—— 海岸流動瑜伽

這場活動將以流動瑜伽為主，感受身心的舒展與釋放，活動適合任何人士一起參與。
關於創辦人 | Man Leng Chio
從澳門出發，將瑜伽與流動的內在力量帶向世界
Man Leng（Man）是澳門瑜伽領域的先行者與連結者。
因為深深相信瑜伽能承接情緒、安放生活，她創立了 MANAS 蔓那瑜伽學院，也發起澳門內觀流協會與大灣區瑜伽協會——不只教瑜伽，更想為澳門打造一個有歸屬感的瑜伽社群。
